International Shipping 🌍
Thank you for choosing to collect a piece of my art—it is truly an honour to have it travel from my studio in India to your home.
Each order is thoughtfully prepared and shipped with great care. As international shipping costs vary based on destination, parcel weight, and service, the process is handled with transparency and attention:
• A standard international shipping fee of ₹2500 is applied at checkout as a base.
• Within 7 working days, I personally calculate the exact shipping cost for your parcel to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• If the final shipping cost is ₹2500 or lower, your order will be dispatched without any additional payment.
• If the cost exceeds ₹2500, I will gently share the details with you, and only the balance amount will need to be completed prior to dispatch.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• All international orders typically take 10–15 working days to be carefully prepared for dispatch.
• Once your order is ready, I personally visit the post office to confirm the exact shipping charges, which will be shared with you for approval.
• After your confirmation and completion of shipping payment (if applicable), your parcel will be dispatched from India.
• If your order includes multiple items, the dispatch timeline will follow the item that requires the longest preparation time.
Working Days
• Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazette holidays in India.
• Any unforeseen circumstances—such as postal strikes, customs delays, natural calamities (floods, heavy rains, earthquakes), or disruptions in international transit—will be treated as non-working days and may affect timelines.
Delivery & Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or message, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
• Delivery timelines generally range from 10–25 working days, depending on your country and postal service efficiency.
• Please note that customs duties or import taxes, if applicable in your country, are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellations are not available, as each piece is handled with individual care.
• For your assurance, I will share a photograph of your packaged artwork along with the official postal receipt before shipment.
