Why does it sometimes take longer for my art prints and postcards to be shipped?
My art prints and postcards are among the most loved and most ordered products, which means they often sell out quickly. 💌 When this happens, I need a few extra days to restock as printing, quality checks, careful packing, and sending them to the courier all take time.
Additionally, festival holidays and weekends can sometimes cause minor delays. However, whenever I already have postcards or prints in stock, I make sure to pack and ship them as soon as possible. Since all my art prints and postcards are made using high-quality materials, a little extra time ensures that what reaches you is beautiful, durable, and worth the wait.
Do you sell original paintings or only prints/postcards
I offer a mix of originals, fine art prints, and art postcards. Originals are one-of-a-kind, while prints and postcards let more people enjoy the artwork at an affordable price.
What paper do you use for prints?
All prints are made on premium, museum-quality, archival paper to ensure colors stay vibrant and last long.
Are your postcards glossy or matte?
They are glossy and printed on premium paper to make the artwork shine beautifully.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, I try to use recycled and sustainable materials as much as possible in my packaging.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Newsletter subscribers get a 10% discount code on their first purchase.
Do you accept commissions?
We are not currently open to personal commissions but I’ll always post updates on the products and services I offer on social media to keep you in the know about any changes.
Will, you be re-stocking *insert print/painting name here*?
We will be periodically updating the products offered in my shop. These will change over time as my style and favourite artworks evolve. I will keep you updated on my social media channels.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! However, pandemic restrictions may interfere with shipping availabilities. Please double-check these restrictions to your country from the US before placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow at least 1 week from purchasing for me to prepare & pack your order and get it ready to ship. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, packages will arrive between 5-15 business days for India orders and up to 30 business days for international orders. Please make sure to check your customs policy before purchasing as charges vary from each country. Thank you so much for your support!
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay & Paypal to accept payments in any currency.
I have received a damaged product. What do I do?
Returns/refunds/replacements are not applicable on any orders placed.
How can I cancel my order?
We can't cancel any orders because we prepare on demand. Once the order is placed we will not be able to cancel it.
Cancellations are not applicable on any order.
What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail us at bottlebrushart.info@gmail.com with the details of the missing product but within 24 hours of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted asap.
My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do?
If you live in a gated community/apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there.
In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at bottlebrushart.info@gmail.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.
Please note: We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
