Order Processing & Dispatch
All international orders typically take 10–15 working days to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Once your order is ready, I personally visit the post office to confirm the exact shipping charges and share them with you for approval.
After your confirmation and payment of shipping fees, the parcel is shipped from India.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary by country and postal service, generally ranging from 10–25 working days depending on your location.
If your order includes multiple items, the dispatch time will be based on the item that takes the longest to be prepared.
Working Days
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazette holidays in India.
Any unforeseen events — such as postal strikes, customs delays, natural calamities (floods, heavy rains, earthquakes, etc.), or disruptions in international transit — will be considered non-working days and may impact your delivery time.
Delivery & Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email or message with your tracking ID, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey.
Delivery timelines depend on your country’s customs and local postal service efficiency, which may sometimes cause additional delays beyond my control.
For certain destinations, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
