 Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders typically take 10–15 working days to be processed and dispatched.
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–5 working days, depending on the delivery pin code.
• If your order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes the longest to be dispatched.

Working Days

• Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazette holidays.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities (earthquakes, floods, heavy rains, etc.), or any other disruptions that affect business operations will be treated as non-working days and may impact delivery timelines.

Delivery Attempts

• On the delivery day, our courier partner may contact you via call or SMS to hand over your package.
• The courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If they are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us.
• A tracking ID will be shared with you once your order is dispatched so you can track your package until it reaches you.

 

Delivery Charges

• Since delivery charges vary across India, we follow a standard flat delivery fee — the same whether your order is near or far, light or heavy.
• This fee covers delivery charges, packing supplies, commuting, and GST on shipping/delivery costs.
